Zuppa Toscana-My way

3 cans chicken stock 1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 lb mild sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 lb spicy sausage, cooked and crumbled
1 medium sized russet potato, sliced very thin
4 cups chopped kale, (large bunch)
1 can canollini beans
3 shakes of Chalupa or favorite hot sauce



Combine stock and cream in stockpot over medium heat. Add potato slices, and beans to soup. Add chopped Kale and cooked & crumbled sausages to pot. Add spices and let simmer 1 hour. Add Chalupa/hot sauce and let simmer for 10 more minutes.
